Day 5 cont.
Tonight I went into Vancouver, WA with my cousin to play with some fireworks. All I have to say is that we as Californians are real sissies when it comes to fireworks. In Washington you can legally buy the mortars used for major fireworks shows and light them off at your leisure. Those kinds of fireworks are pretty impressive in the sky, but far more fun when you turn them upside down and force them them to explode on the ground.
To add a little more danger to the evening, I took part in my first Roman Candle fight as well.
